Conditions & Terms of payment


After receiving your request of booking, Sakuna Voyage will be assigned to assist you in building a pleasant travel plan that best suits your interests.

The final booking will be processed and be secured only upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% deposit of the total payment from you. The balance due must be paid to Sakuna Voyage 15 days prior to your arrival in Laos.

If your booking is done within 15 days prior to your arrival in Laos, the full payment of the trip should be paid to Sakuna Voyage.

When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter from Sakuna Voyage about the tour with all details. In case that there is a modification of the tour on your request, after the confirmation, you will be required to pay any additional cost in advance if it exists.

Cancellation penalties.

If there is a cancellation of tour done by you, the cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
- Not less than 16 days prior to the departure of the tour: no charge, except for the deposit which is not refundable.
- 15 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the full payment.
- 6 to 3 days before departure: 70% of the full payment.
- 2 to 0 day before departure or No-show: 100% of the full payment.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tour.


We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.

Complaints and Claims

If you are not satisfied with any service provided by Sakuna Voyage, please notify your local tour guide immediately to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by e-mail within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Sakuna Voyage will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.


You may contact Sakuna Voyage by e-mail, fax, or phone (preferably by e-mail). If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Sakuna Voyage in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact Sakuna Voyage immediately by phone to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms and conditions of us.


Sakuna Voyage is not responsible for the stolen and lost of any customers’ valuables items that is due to the negligence of the customers.

Sakuna Voyage reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or boat trips, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Sakuna Voyage has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Sakuna Voyage is liable for a full refund of the money received by Sakuna Voyage.
